additives (such as anti-ageing agents, UV stabilizers and antioxidants) to achieve the best compression
resistance, anti-ageing and stability. Such a fine control process not only ensures the consistency of
performance of each batch of raw materials but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent processing
technology so that the finished product can maintain excellent performance for a long time in various
environments.
The frame of the chair is formed in one step by a professional injection moulding machine, and the entire
injection moulding process is precisely controlled by a CNC system. The mould uses a high-precision steel
mould, and the flow path in the mould cavity is scientifically designed to ensure that the resin can evenly fill
the entire mould under high-temperature conditions, avoiding problems such as pores, shrinkage or
deformation. The one-step injection moulding process effectively reduces the number of splicing points
and improves the stability and aesthetics of the overall structure.
Cooling and de-moulding
After injection moulding, the product will be cooled naturally in the mould to ensure the stability of the
material structure. The cooling time is strictly calculated to prevent residual internal stress and subsequent
deformation. Afterwards, the worker carefully removes the finished product from the mould and checks
whether the surface is flat and whether there are any residual burrs.
Manual polishing and quality inspection
After demolding, the chairs need to be manually polished, especially at the joints and details, to remove
possible burrs and mould lines, and ensure that every contact point is smooth and round. At this stage,
the first manual appearance inspection is also done to eliminate products with poor surfaces or slight

Hand-woven seat
