Primary Material: High-Strength Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP)

combines a lightweight structure with exceptional weather resistance and immense design flexibility. The
material undergoes inspection prior to use to ensure consistent quality and superior bonding performance.

Mold Preparation

Workers prepare specialized molds based on the design, shape, and dimensions of the outdoor bar stool.
High-precision composite molds—combining silicone and steel—are custom-fabricated using 3D digital
modeling data. Before the start of each production cycle, the mold surfaces must be meticulously cleaned to
remove dust, residues, and other contaminants.

Resin Application and Fiberglass Lamination

Once the fiberglass is positioned, the resin is applied evenly over the reinforcement layer. It is essential for
the resin to fully penetrate the fiberglass to ensure proper wetting and bonding. Uniform resin distribution
is critical for creating a strong fiberglass shell with consistent performance characteristics.

Curved Form Molding

This unique airfoil-like structure is molded directly within the tool. During the lamination and molding process,
the fluid, curved forms of the wing back outdoor bar stool backrest, armrests, seat, and lower body are
meticulously preserved. The ability to mold glass-fiber-reinforced plastic into complex shapes allows the
outdoor bar stool to achieve a distinctive, sculptural aesthetic without relying on multiple independently
welded structural components.

Curing and Composite Material Hardening

After the fiberglass layers and resin have been laid up, the molded component must undergo curing under
controlled conditions. During the curing process, the resin gradually hardens and bonds with the fiberglass
reinforcement, forming a robust composite structure. The product remains in the mold until it has cured
sufficiently to be safely demolded.

Trimming and Edge Finishing

Next, our workers use appropriate trimming and sanding tools to remove excess fiberglass and cured resin
from the edges. We pay special attention to areas that come into contact with the user; by removing sharp
edges, excess material, and rough fiberglass, we ensure the wing bar stool edges are smooth and safe.

Multi-stage Sanding

After the designer outdoor bar stool is molded, its surface undergoes a multi-stage sanding and finishing
process. Initially, coarser abrasives are used to remove mold marks, uneven areas, excess resin, and minor
surface imperfections. Subsequently, finer abrasives are used to achieve a smooth finish.

Surface Repair and Finishing

After the sanding process is complete, workers carefully inspect the entire surface of the wing back bar stool.
Repairs and touch-ups are performed as needed to address minute pinholes, uneven areas, scratches, or
other visible imperfections. This step is particularly crucial for the painting process, as even the smallest
flaws become highly noticeable once the paint is applied.

Exterior Surface Coating and Color Finish

We apply an outdoor-grade fluorocarbon coating (matte white) using a three-layer process—primer, topcoat,
and clear coat—followed by high-temperature baking and curing. This ensures resistance to fading and
scratching while making the surface easy to clean; it also imparts a soft, refined visual texture to the product.
