semi-finished parts such as chair backs, side panels and seat panels according to CAD proofing drawings.

Subsequently, these semi-finished parts are placed in a special hot-pressing machine, where the plates are
slowly bent along a preset arc under high temperature and high pressure to ensure that the arc contour is
smooth and free of creases.

The formed panels are then combined with upright solid wood squares, which are arranged vertically along
the inner sides of the chair back and side panels. They not only support the formed panels but also form
multi-point load-bearing brackets, thereby improving the strength and stability of the overall frame.

At each joint, precise mortise and tenon holes are pre-drilled on the edge of the board, and environmentally
friendly woodworking glue is applied. After docking, it is fastened and pressed together with a clamp; for flat
joints where mortise and tenon structures cannot be used, sufficient glueing surface is left to facilitate
subsequent large-area glueing and pressurisation to make the joints firm and seamless. This combination
of “hot pressing + solid wood support + mortise and tenon/glueing” not only ensures the unique smooth
curves of the sofa chair but also takes into account structural strength and long-term durability.

The fabric is off-white, with a fine and soft surface texture, a slight pleated texture, and a skin-friendly and
drapey feel. The fabric has passed the British flame retardant standard test and has reliable safety
performance; it also enjoys a five-year quality guarantee, is wear-resistant and durable, and is not easy to
fade or age. Overall, this fabric combines high-end beauty and practicality, which can meet the pursuit of

Sewing and Splicing

The industrial sewing machine has a multi-function presser foot to perform multi-section edge locking,
double-needle flat stitching and other processes. The thread strength is not less than 50N to ensure
the thread will not come off during long-term use.

After the frame structure is completed, the key step in the sofa covering process is the bonding and shaping
of a high-density rebound sponge. The main purpose of this process is to form a soft and elastic buffer layer
on the outer layer of the hardwood structure to improve the comfort and appearance of the seat.

According to the specific size and curve contour of the sofa, the workers will select a high-density
Rebound sponge of matching thickness and cut it in advance. To ensure accurate fit during pasting, all sponge
edges will be trimmed and polished to fit tightly with the structural edges. Then, the workers use a professional
sponge glue sprayer to evenly spray the environmentally friendly super glue on the surface of the wooden
frame and the back of the sponge. After a short period of standing, the glue surface will be slightly dried to
a translucent state before manual pasting.

The invisible slot design that is integrally formed with the wooden frame structure allows fabric or leather
to be quickly embedded and fixed in the slot during the wrapping process, without the need for traditional
buttons or rivets. This is not only easy to operate and saves process time, but also ensures that the package
is smooth and wrinkle-free, with naturally closed edges, making the overall appearance cleaner and neater,
thereby enhancing the sophistication and modern feel of the finished product.

Cushion Material

The internal structural material of the sofa cushions, the neatly stacked cushions, is made of a composite
structure of high-density sponge and wood. The upper layer of each cushion is soft sponge to provide good
comfort; the lower layer is neatly cut wood to enhance the support and stability of the cushion. This structure
is widely used in high-quality sofas and chairs, which not only ensures the softness and comfort of the seat
but also has good durability and load-bearing performance, suitable for long-term use. The overall appearance
is finely processed, and the material is uniform, suitable for large-scale standardised production.
