Description

We select high-strength seamless iron pipes or aluminium alloy pipes as the main material for the chair frame.
The materials must have good strength, toughness and corrosion resistance. Before formal processing, all
raw materials are first derusted and degreased. The surface oxide layer and oil stains are removed by pickling
or sandblasting to ensure that the metal surface is clean and free of impurities, laying a good foundation for
subsequent welding and spraying.

Then, the pipe cutting process begins. According to the size and structural requirements in the design drawings,
automated high-precision cutting equipment (such as laser cutting machines or sawing machines) is used to
cut the metal pipe into chair legs, backrests, beams and other components. Each section is cut smoothly and
burr-free, and is strictly controlled according to tolerances to ensure the fit and overall stability of subsequent
assembly.

continuous bending at multiple angles, while maintaining the symmetry and roundness of the curves.
Any slight error will affect the overall appearance. The entire process requires strict control of the bending
angle and curvature to ensure that the formed components meet the design standards and show an elegant
and smooth back pattern.

After the pipe bending is completed, the crucial welding and assembly phase begins. Workers arrange all
the cut and bent parts in order and use positioning fixtures to accurately align them. They spot weld the
backrest, seat support, crossbar, and chair legs to ensure that the structure does not shift. Afterwards,
full welding is performed to reinforce all connection points one by one. During the welding process, the
focus is on controlling the uniformity of the weld and the fullness of the weld points to ensure that the
structure is stable and free of cold welds, and to ensure that the chair can withstand high-intensity loads
during use and remain firm and non-deformed for a long time.

After welding, the chair frame will go through multiple rounds of grinding and surface finishing. In order to
improve the overall texture and lay a good foundation for subsequent spraying, technicians will use angle
grinders, belt sanders, polishing wheels and other equipment to carefully process each welding point. In particular,
the intersection of the curves of the backrest, the edge of the seat surface and the elbow interface are the
focus of vision and feel, so they need to be repeatedly polished to remove weld bulges, spattering slag and sharp burrs.
