design specifications. Each connection point is positioned based on standardized dimensions, ensuring
excellent symmetry and stability once the table frame is assembled.
Multi-Stage Sanding and Surface Finishing
Workers subject the tabletop, legs, and other wooden components to a multi-stage sanding process. Initial
coarse sanding removes marks left by cutting and milling, followed by progressive stages of fine and precision
sanding to achieve a smooth, refined surface finish.
Packaging for Wooden Folding Tables
The tabletops are wrapped with thickened protective material, with special attention paid to safeguarding
the rounded corners and edges. This effectively minimizes the risk of bumps, scratches, or damage during
handling and transport. We secure the units with transparent stretch wrap to keep the stacked tabletops
neat and stable, preventing them from coming apart or shifting during transit.
