The low coffee table features a 70cm square tabletop and a moderate height of 76cm. Its flat, wide surface
easily accommodates desserts and small items, and is suitable as a basic functional area such as a
registration table or tea break table. The high table also has a 70cm square tabletop, but its overall
height is increased to 110cm, offering greater visual height and display effect. It can be used as a
welcome display table, floral arrangement table, or elevated platform for cocktail parties. Both tables
are equipped with cylindrical solid wood legs, ensuring stability and preventing wobbling. The matching

How are coffee bar tables manufactured?

The production of the coffee bar table begins with selecting high-quality solid wood with uniform grain and
high density. All wood undergoes high-temperature drying before processing to reduce moisture content and
prevent deformation and cracking later, and lay the foundation for the stability of the entire table.

After the wood is cut, all wooden parts will undergo two sanding processes: coarse sanding and fine sanding.
The purpose is to make the wood surface smoother, the edges softer, avoid burrs, improve safety in use,
and lay a good foundation for subsequent spraying.

The tabletop and legs undergo repeated spraying, drying, and sanding processes to ensure a smooth, even
finish that is resistant to peeling. The white coating gives the table a clean and modern look while also
providing moisture and scratch resistance, enhancing its durability.

The four table legs are securely locked to the thickened frame via metal connectors, forming the table’s
load-bearing core. The metal components enhance the structure’s stability and improve assembly/disassembly
efficiency, making it ideal for high-frequency use in the rental and wholesale industries.

After the wooden bar table body is initially formed, workers will check each connection point to ensure that
the screws are tight, the angles are correct, and the frame is not misaligned. Each table needs to pass a

How was the coffee table packaged?

To ensure the tables remain intact during transport, we employ a separate packaging structure: the tabletop
and legs are packaged separately. This not only reduces volume and improves loading efficiency but also
effectively prevents damage from collisions during transit.

• Tabletop Packaging: The entire tabletop is covered with pearl cotton, plus thickened, shock-absorbing
  foam protecting the four sides, and soft corner protectors are added to ensure the paint finish is not
  scratched or bumped.
• Leg Packaging: Each leg is individually wrapped with pearl cotton and fitted with anti-collision strips to
  prevent friction between the wood pieces. Screws, metal parts, and other accessories are sealed in
  airtight bags to prevent loss.

The split structure increases container loading capacity：

The coffee tabletop and legs can be stacked in layers. The tabletop can be laid flat and stacked, while the
wooden coffee table legs can be arranged by length and placed on the side or bottom, which greatly increases
