Premium Hardwood Materials
We select timber based on customer requirements, utilizing high-quality solid woods such as rubberwood,
beech, and oak. Before production begins, our workers rigorously inspect every piece of lumber, specifically
checking for knots, cracks, moisture content, and grain consistency.
Wood Cutting and Carving
Each component of the chair is cut using precision machinery to ensure consistent dimensions across every part.
The elegant European-style floral carvings adorning the backrest, seat frame, legs, and armrests are created
using advanced CNC carving technology combined with exquisite manual finishing. This process yields crisp,
intricate details while ensuring product consistency in mass production.
Multi-stage Precision Sanding
Once the chair legs have been carved, the entire chair undergoes a meticulous sanding process. Workers
employ a multi-stage sanding technique—progressing from coarse to fine abrasives—to sand the chair
thoroughly. They also perform repeated manual refinement on complex areas such as carved motifs, sharp
angles and transitions, curved armrests, and the contours of the legs, ensuring that every detail is smooth and
refined with fluid lines.
After undergoing multiple rounds of sanding, the chair’s surface becomes exceptionally smooth, free of burrs
or sharp edges, and the carved details gain greater clarity and depth. This process establishes a uniform,
stable foundation for the subsequent application of primer and topcoat, effectively enhancing the finish’s
fullness, luster, and overall texture.
Eco-friendly Spray Painting and Staining
Next comes the spray painting stage. Our craftsmen apply eco-friendly wood finishes through a multi-layer
process involving both base coats and topcoats. Each layer undergoes natural drying and meticulous sanding,

wood’s natural texture while enhancing wear, moisture, and stain resistance, ensuring the furniture retains
