for the solid wood banquet table with lockable casters. Prior to production, the wood undergoes kiln drying to
achieve an optimal moisture content, thereby enhancing its stability. Only wood with a uniform grain is
used for the tabletop, ensuring a natural and elegant appearance.

Precision Multi-Plank Tabletop Fabrication Process

The tabletop is constructed by joining multiple high-quality solid wood planks rather than using a single solid slab;
this technique enhances structural stability while showcasing the wood’s natural grain. Following precision
machining and edge profiling, the planks are assembled using industrial-grade hydraulic presses.

The high-pressure bonding process ensures an exceptionally tight bond between the wood panels, effectively
reducing the risk of warping caused by seasonal fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Following the
bonding stage, the tabletop undergoes precision CNC calibration to guarantee perfect flatness and dimensional
accuracy.

Next, artisans meticulously shape and hand-polish every edge, creating crisp lines and smooth, comfortable
corners that showcase the quality of high-end craftsmanship.

Installation and Commissioning of the Extension Mechanism

Once the tabletop assembly is complete and meets the specified flatness requirements, the installation of the
extension mechanism begins. Based on the overall dimensions and structural specifications of the tabletop,
workers perform precise positioning and machining on the underside to prepare mounting locations for the
extension rails and associated connecting hardware.

During installation, workers strictly control the parallelism, spacing, and mounting positions of the guide
rails to ensure synchronized movement on both sides, thereby guaranteeing even load distribution as the
tabletop extends and retracts. Once installation is complete, workers perform multiple test cycles to verify
smooth operation, check for flush alignment at the joints between table panels, and inspect the overall
alignment in both the fully extended and fully retracted positions.

Workers promptly adjust areas exhibiting slight resistance or uneven gaps. They also inspect the guide rail
mounts and connection points to ensure that all hardware is securely installed and will not loosen due to
repeated daily use, thereby guaranteeing the structural stability and longevity of the entire table.

Solid Wood X-Shaped Base Fabrication

The bases of our tables are crafted from high-quality solid wood that complements the tabletop. Based on the
design specifications, the wood is precisely cut, and CNC machining alongside professional woodworking
equipment is used to shape the angled edges, joining surfaces, and structural contours, ensuring a high
degree of dimensional consistency across all components.

The X-shaped base serves as the primary load-bearing structure for the entire table. Two solid wood supports
are precisely positioned and assembled in a crossed configuration, ensuring that loads are evenly distributed
across the base while providing stable, reliable support for the tabletop. During assembly, workers employ
reinforced joinery techniques at key connection points, further securing the structure with high-strength
hardware fasteners.

Workers incorporate mounting structures for casters into the underside of the base, precisely positioning and
reinforcing the attachment points to ensure a secure connection; this prevents excessive localized stress on
the wood structure when the table is moved. Finally, the edges, connection points, and exposed surfaces of the
base undergo multiple rounds of sanding to achieve a smooth, refined finish.

Hand Sanding and Surface Finishing

Workers subject all solid wood components to multiple stages of meticulous sanding. Initially, sandpaper
of the appropriate grit is used to perform preliminary sanding on tabletop joints, machining marks, and
surface irregularities; this process removes tool marks, burrs, and uneven spots resulting from mechanical
processing, ensuring the entire surface achieves a uniform, smooth finish.

Next, workers will manually refine the beveled edges and exposed corners of the tabletop, rounding them
off to soften the originally sharp edges and create a more natural, comfortable tactile feel. The diagonal braces,
crossbars, intersection points, and ends of the X-shaped solid wood base also require careful sanding—particularly
around the caster mounting areas—to ensure the wood surface is smooth and free of burrs, thereby providing
a solid foundation for subsequent hardware installation and surface finishing.

Heavy duty swivel caster installation

In order to meet the needs of customers for movement in different usage scenarios, we installed heavy-duty
swivel casters on the two sections of the base of the table to assist support and movement. Our casters are
not simply installed on the wood surface. Instead, the structure is pre-strengthened at the corresponding
position of the X-shaped solid wood base, and then the installation position is accurately processed according to
the size of the caster, so that the caster can be stably embedded in the base while minimizing the impact on the
overall appearance.

This design—combining a solid wood base with heavy-duty metal swivel casters—retains the stability
characteristic of substantial solid wood furniture while adding the flexibility of easy mobility. It is ideally suited
for restaurants, banquet halls, hotels, and other commercial settings that require frequent layout adjustments.
