Description
Wooden Frame Preparation
Workers will cut and shape the selected wood according to the tufted upholstered sofa’s dimensions.
The main frame components, including the seat frame, backrest support, armrests, and legs, are
precision-machined to ensure accurate sofa dimensions and neat arrangement.
Frame Assembly and Reinforcement
Workers use sturdy mortise and tenon joints to connect the pre-processed wooden components, and we
further reinforce them with high-strength furniture-grade adhesives to ensure every connection point is
tight and secure. We primarily add reinforcing supports to the sofa’s base, backrest, and armrests to improve
overall load-bearing capacity and stability.
Wood surface treatment
All our wooden components undergo multiple rounds of fine sanding to gradually remove burrs, processing
marks, and minor surface imperfections, resulting in a smoother and finer wood surface. Then, our workers
will stain, paint, or apply a protective coating according to the customer’s desired color. Through multiple
painting, drying, and surface finishing processes, we enhance the wood’s color and texture.
Quilted Button and Upholstery Production
Workers precisely lay the cut fabric onto the treated seat cushions and backrest filling layers, then stretch
and position it evenly. The position, spacing, and quilting depth of the buttons are precisely controlled
through pattern design to maintain a consistent and uniform overall texture.
Seat cushion and filling layer production
Our workers precisely cut and shape high-density sponges. Choose sponges with appropriate softness,
support and durability according to the sofa seat surface, backrest and armrests. The filling material is
precisely cut and fitted to ensure uniform thickness and full contours in all areas.
Sofa Leg Installation
Our workers will use a sturdy connection method to install the sofa legs onto the main frame of the sofa,
based on the sofa’s design. During installation, we will strictly control the position, angle, and height of each
sofa leg to ensure even stress distribution.
