Description
Preparation of resin materials
First, our workers prepare high-purity polycarbonate or acrylic pellets. Since these materials are extremely
sensitive to moisture, they must be dried in a hot-air circulation oven at 70–120°C for 3–6 hours. Reducing
the moisture content to below 0.02% prevents the formation of bubbles or silver streaks and avoids a loss of
strength during subsequent high-temperature processing.
Injection Molding and Precision Shaping
Dried plastic pellets are fed into the hopper of an injection molding machine, where a screw mechanism heats
and melts them within the barrel to a temperature of 200–320°C, transforming them into a viscous, molten state.
The molten material is then injected under high pressure into a precision-machined steel mold, fully filling the
transparent web pattern chair’s seat, backrest, and legs, as well as its intricate mesh texture.
The mold features a precision-engineered cooling system that circulates cooling water or oil to maintain stable
mold temperatures. This ensures uniform cooling and rapid setting of the plastic, thereby minimizing shrinkage,
warpage, and internal stress, and allowing the plastic to cure and set quickly and evenly.
Demolding and Post-processing
Once the plastic material has fully cooled and solidified, the mold opens slowly according to a programmed
sequence, and the molded chair is smoothly ejected using mechanisms such as ejector pins. Given the complex
grid structure of the seat and backrest, the mold design incorporates appropriate draft angles and precision
venting systems to ensure the chair can be released smoothly.
Trimming and Surface Finishing
After removing the clear web pattern chairs, workers carefully trim and sand down any flash or rough areas.
Special attention is paid to the open-grid sections, seat edges, and leg joints to ensure a smooth, comfortable
finish free of sharp or uneven edges.
Transparency and Appearance Inspection
The transparent plastic chairs undergo a comprehensive inspection under optimal lighting conditions. Our
professional quality control personnel examine transparency, surface clarity, pattern consistency, color
uniformity, and overall appearance. Chairs that pass this inspection proceed to the next stage of testing.
Structural and Stability Testing
Next, we assess the clear stackable chair’s balance to ensure it remains stable during use. Key areas of inspection
include the alignment and structural integrity of the seat, backrest, and legs. Finally, we thoroughly clean
the clear restaurant chair to remove dust, manufacturing residues, and any marks left during handling.
