Description
Material Selection and Preparation
We select high-quality, durable plastic raw materials for our portable event flooring to ensure that strength,
toughness, dimensional stability, and surface quality all meet established standards. Prior to the molding process,
workers pretreat and blend the raw materials in accordance with product specifications.
Precision Injection Molding
Workers heat and melt the prepared plastic material, then inject it into a precision-engineered mold. The
mold design fully accounts for the flooring plank’s dimensions, interlocking mechanism, surface texture, and
reinforcement features. By precisely controlling injection pressure, temperature, and cooling conditions,
workers ensure dimensional consistency and the stability of the tent flooring.
Formation of the Interlocking Structure
During the flooring manufacturing process, the connecting tongue-and-groove and the corresponding locking
zones are formed as integral parts of the flooring plank itself. We strictly control the precision of this interlocking
structure to ensure that each plank connects securely while remaining easy to install and disassemble.
Reinforced Panel Structure
We employ a structurally reinforced design on the underside of each wedding tent flooring panel to enhance
overall rigidity and optimize load distribution. This reinforced design helps minimize deformation during use
while maintaining a relatively lightweight structure, thereby facilitating transport, installation, and storage.
Surface Texture Treatment
During the injection molding process, a uniform, slip-resistant texture is formed directly onto the top surface
of the floor panel using a precision mold. The texture pattern is strategically designed to effectively increase
friction between shoe soles and the portable tent floor surface, providing customers with more stable support
while walking.
Edge Trimming and Finishing
After molding and cooling, each flooring panel undergoes careful inspection and finishing. Any excess plastic,
flash, or minor molding imperfections along the edges and connection points are removed. Additionally,
our workers inspect the edges and locking mechanisms to ensure smooth assembly and precise alignment
between adjacent panels.
After the flooring is produced and neatly wrapped by workers, it is sorted and stacked onto metal racks and
pallets according to uniform specifications, ensuring a compact and orderly arrangement. We also apply
reinforcement measures to minimize the risk of scattering, crushing, or impact damage during transport.
