Material Selection
We begin by selecting high-quality solid wood, such as ash, oak, or beech, depending on the client’s requirements.
All wood is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content to below 12%, which prevents warping and cracking during later
use. Each plank is inspected to ensure it is free from knots, cracks, and discolouration, providing a stable and
beautiful base for the finished product.

Cutting & Shaping
The selected wood is processed using advanced CNC cutting machines and precision woodworking lathes.
Chair legs, backrests, and curved armrests are cut and shaped with high accuracy to ensure every component
fits perfectly. Special attention is given to ergonomic curves, especially in the backrest and arm areas,
to maximize comfort and support.

Seat Installation & Final Touches
Once the frame is dry and fully cured, we install the seat. Options include solid wood panels, padded cushions,
or handwoven rattan, all of which are customizable based on the customer’s preferences. Final inspections
are performed to ensure balance, stability, and a flawless finish. Any surface defects are corrected, and the
chair is cleaned and prepped for packing.
