is not fit or affects the overall appearance due to dimensional deviation. In addition, different knives and
cutting speeds will be used when cutting fabrics of different materials to prevent drawing, burrs or material
deformation, to maximize the utilization of raw materials and the aesthetics of the finished product.

Sponge Lamination

After the cutting process is completed, workers laminate the fabric and sponge. First, the high-density sponge
is precisely positioned on the seat cushion or backrest board, and then bonded with environmentally friendly
spray glue or hot melt glue to ensure that the adhesion is firm and odourless. Next, the pre-cut fabric is evenly
wrapped on the sponge surface and evenly stretched and adjusted along the edges to avoid wrinkles or bulges,
ensuring a smooth and beautiful surface. For parts with complex structures or curved surfaces, workers need to
manually use special tools to fix the fabric at multiple angles so that the wrapping cloth fits closely to the sponge
contour to achieve smooth lines and full visual effects. This process not only determines the initial appearance
of the finished product, but also directly affects the elasticity and comfort of the cushion. It is one of the key
steps in the entire production process.

Sewing and hemming

After the covering is completed, the workers will sew and hem the cushions to improve the overall appearance
and structural firmness. This step is usually performed by experienced sewing workers operating high-precision
sewing machines or hand-stitching. According to different materials and shapes, suitable stitch lengths, thread
diameters and sewing methods are selected, such as straight stitches, hemming stitches or blind stitches, etc..
to ensure that the stitches are even and firm, and there are no skipped stitches or broken threads. It is
particularly critical when processing corners. Workers need to accurately control the strength and angle to
make the covering fit naturally, presenting smooth edge lines and clean corners. After sewing, preliminary
trimming will be carried out, such as cutting off excess thread ends and smoothing wrinkles, to ensure that
the product meets high quality standards in both visual and hand feel. Since this process directly determines
the refinement and aesthetics of the finished product, it has high requirements for the workers’ technical
level and ability to control details.

Quality Inspection and Refinishing

Each cushion is subject to appearance inspection, size measurement and feel test; defective products are
eliminated, and necessary repairs are performed.

All dining chair cushions that have passed quality inspection will be sent to the finished product area and
sorted and stacked in order according to color, style, size and other standards to avoid confusion. To prevent
the fabric from being deformed or contaminated, partitions or dustproof cloths are usually added between
the cushions when stacking to keep them clean and tidy. According to order requirements, some cushions
will be individually packaged in the form of loose parts, using customized cartons, pearl cotton, foam or
plastic bags and other multi-layer protective materials to ensure shock, moisture and scratch resistance
during transportation.

All necessary hardware accessories (such as screws, washers, tools, etc.) are neatly packaged in the packaging
box before leaving the factory and shipped with the product. Each set of products is equipped with a detailed
assembly instruction or installation diagram, which can be easily used even by users without professional experience.
